What to expect when visiting the Naturopathic Essentials Health Centre:

Your first visit is an hour-long session, which provides ample time so your Naturopathic Doctor can fully understand all of your health concerns and goals. The information obtained during this visit is essential because it allows us to create an individualized treatment plan to address your health concerns, so please be prepared to talk about yourself. Before you come to the clinic, we ask that you please fill out and bring in the appropriate New Patient Intake Forms (below) and to bring in copies of any laboratory results that you may have. This will provide us with better insight into your state of health and the nature of your visit.

Your second visit is normally 45 minutes to 1 hour in length. During this session, we will discuss and implement your individualized treatment plan together with you. Any subsequent visits are generally 30 minutes in length and may involve diet and lifestyle counseling, botanical therapies, acupuncture, or several other treatments. The individualized treatment plans are part of the journey as we help you to restore your health.
